What does a Self-led relationship to food look like?

How do we work with the parts of us that have been affected by diet culture?

In this 90-minute Zoom workshop facilitated by Sand Chang, ____, and ______, you will learn more about the care bear stare so that you can apply it to your work and your life. The training will contain both didactic and experiential portions and will be divided into three main segments:

This workshop will be led by Sand Chang, PhD (they/them), IFS Institute Assistant Trainer Mentee (ATM), Approved Consultant, and Level 3 Certified IFS therapist. Learn more about Sand here.

The recording will be available for 90 days for registrants who cannot attend live. Closed captioning available.

For people attending live, a total of 1.5 hours of continuing education (CE) units are available through The Affirmative Couch for an additional $15.
